Appropriated Disney and pornographic images painted with watercolours, as material that has the capacity to echo propriety and tameness, and in this way address historical and girl-phobic prejudice. A material territory where the conflict of the pure or gracious as traditional representations of women becomes evident next to the ‘wild’.

The figure of the pig, which appears frequently in this series, takes on different roles, from dirt to tenderness to god-likeness – an omnipresent shape.
